As an experienced Service / Operations Manager, you will be developing, implementing and managing our after sales strategy, systems and day to day operations. Our customers are predominately small businesses where our commercial refrigeration products are business critical, therefore a robust service plan, structure and process is essential. Due to this exponential growth, we now need an expert Service and Operations Manager, armed with the knowledge and technical ability to create and implement a robust service plan which can ensure our response times continue to operate to the high standards that we have set for ourselves. JOB DESCRIPTION: Service Manager, Aftersales Manager - Commercial Refrigeration, Capital Equipment, Service As our Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of after sales support to all of our customers, distributors and service partners to resolve any unexpected product quality issues when prevention measures have failed. This will include: · Providing timely technical support before, during and after product deliveries and installations for all of our supplied equipment · Developing, implementing and managing our after sales strategy, systems and day to day operations. · Ensuring trouble shooting is conducted with our customers and distributors before appointing our own team or 3rd party Engineer. · Providing off site technical support for commercial refrigeration equipment such as chilled or frozen display, storage, game larders, bar, bakery and pastry etc. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Service Manager, Aftersales Manager - Commercial Refrigeration, Capital Equipment, Service You will be highly organised, self motivated and able to communicate effectively with staff, service partners and customers alike to uphold our high standards and company values. It is imperative that you are a team player with a flexible attitude to your role and duties. It is essential that you have: · A strong technical background within the engineering industry. · Commercial refrigeration, specifically, would be a distinct advantage. However, other industries such as capital equipment or products in to the HORECA sector or industrial components would also be beneficial. · A demonstrable record of implementing service systems and SLA's · Basic computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft Office packages · Valid forklift truck licence (highly desirable) THE COMPANY: Since 2008, we have been providing high end commercial refrigeration solutions and after care within the Food and Drink industry.
